I thought we had taken a netcoreapp2.1 version of MSBuild already in the CLI and that @jeffkl had done the work to re-target all our libraries to netstandard2.0 (he did). We may have to move some of the libraries to netcoreapp2.1. |

Though, re-reading your comment, now I get that this is the first time we moved microsoft.build.dll itself? |

Yeah, this is the first package where we have both 2.0 and 2.1 Microsoft.Build. I'll take a look at the problems here. |
